A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE FOR SIX YEARS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Reauthorization

SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 1-20-60 of the 1976 Code, the existence of the South Carolina Department of Insurance is reauthorized for six years.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
