To whom was referred a Joint Resolution (H. 4862), to designate the road between U.S. Highway 178 and S41-57 and U.S. Highway 178 and S41-189 as Holston Crossroads, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass:

A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO DESIGNATE THE ROAD BETWEEN U.S. HIGHWAY 178 AND S41-57 AND U.S. HIGHWAY 178 AND S41-189 AS HOLSTON CROSSROADS AND TO DIRECT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO PLACE APPROPRIATE MARKERS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The area located on U.S. Highway 178 between state highways S41-57 and S41-189 is designated "Holston Crossroads". The South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation is directed to place signs appropriately marking the area.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
