A SENATE RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THE COMMISSION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO INSTRUCT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT TO ISSUE, REISSUE, OR REASSIGN PERSONALIZED LICENSE PLATES FOR MEMBERS OF THE SENATE.

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the Senate respectfully requests the Commission of the Department of Highway and Public Transportation to instruct the executive director of the department to issue, reissue, or reassign personalized license plates to members of the Senate in accordance with such written designation as is communicated and certified to the department by the Clerk of the Senate.

Be it further resolved that copies of this resolution be transmitted to each member of the Commission of the Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
