That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass with amendment:
Amend the resolution, as and if amended, page 1, beginning on line 19, in SECTION 1, by striking /five years/ and inserting /one year/ .
Amend title to conform.

TO REAUTHORIZE THE SOUTH CAROLINA CEMETERY BOARD FOR FIVE YEARS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 1-20-60 of the 1976 Code, the existence of the South Carolina Cemetery Board is reauthorized for five years.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
