AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 1059 OF 1970, RELATING TO THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY RECREATION DISTRICT, SO AS TO REVISE THE AREA OF THE DISTRICT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Fairfield County Recreation District, revision of area
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Act 1059 of 1970 is amended to read:
"Section 1. There is created the Fairfield County Recreation District, hereinafter referred to as the district, with powers and duties as provided in this act. The district shall include the entire geographical area of Fairfield County."
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
