That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass:

A SENATE RESOLUTION

TO GRANT AN INTERPRETER FOR THE DEAF ACCESS TO THE SENATE FLOOR TO "SIGN" WHILE THE SENATE IS IN SESSION WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 1991, IN RECOGNITION OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF AND THE BLIND.

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That an interpreter for the deaf is granted access to the Senate Floor to "sign" while the Senate is in session Wednesday, April 3, 1991, in recognition of the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind.
