Be it resolved by the Senate:
That the privilege of the Chamber is extended on Tuesday, April 2, 1991, to Mrs. Martha Bishop of Greenwood and her brother, The Honorable Strom Thurmond, for the purpose of recognizing Mrs. Bishop as the 1991 South Carolina Mother of the Year.
