A SENATE RESOLUTION

TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE CHAMBER BEHIND THE RAIL TO A GROUP REPRESENTING "SHHH" (SELF-HELP FOR HARD OF HEARING PEOPLE) ON THURSDAY, MAY 9, 1991, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECOGNIZING MAY AS "BETTER HEARING AND SPEECH MONTH" AND TO EXTEND THE APPRECIATION OF THE SENATE TO THOSE GROUPS THAT ARE WORKING TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF THE HEARING IMPAIRED.

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the privilege of the Chamber to that area behind the rail is extended to a group representing "SHHH" (Self-Help for Hard of Hearing People) on Thursday, May 9, 1991, for the purpose of recognizing May as "Better Hearing and Speech Month" and to extend the appreciation of the Senate to those groups that are working to improve the lives of the hearing impaired.
