AN ACT TO DESIGNATE THE BOUNDARIES OF YORK SCHOOL DISTRICT 1, CLOVER SCHOOL DISTRICT 2, ROCK HILL SCHOOL DISTRICT 3, AND FORT MILL SCHOOL DISTRICT 4, ALL LOCATED IN YORK COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Boundaries designated

SECTION 1. The boundaries of York School District 1, Clover School District 2, Rock Hill School District 3, and Fort Mill School District 4, all located in York County, are as shown on the official map prepared by and on file with the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the Budget and Control Board designated as document SD-9194.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
