EXPRESSING THE SORROW OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AT THE DEATH OF MARTHA TODD ALEXANDER RILEY OF SENECA, AND EXTENDING SYMPATHY TO HER FAMILY AND MANY FRIENDS.

Whereas, Martha Todd Alexander Riley of Seneca died on May 9, 1994, at the age of eighty-four; and

Whereas, Mrs. Riley was a native of Pelzer and was a teacher in the Oconee County school system; and

Whereas, she was also a teacher in Newry, was a charter member of Trinity Baptist Church, and was the widow of the late Ernest Riley; and

Whereas, she was an outstanding lady who was admired and loved in her community, where her presence will be greatly missed; and

Whereas, we want Mrs. Riley's family and many friends to know that we are thinking of them and that they have our deepest sympathy. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
