A SENATE RESOLUTION

EXPRESSING THE CONGRATULATIONS AND BEST WISHES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SENATE TO MS. FRANCES CAMPBELL ON THE OCCASION OF HER RETIREMENT.

Whereas, Ms. Frances Campbell has faithfully worked for the State of South Carolina for seventeen years; and

Whereas, Frances Campbell is widely known as an expert on many areas of state government; and

Whereas, Frances Campbell arrives at work at 7:30 a.m. every morning, is always positive, outgoing, and helpful to all; and

Whereas, Frances Campbell is retiring from state government on June 30, 1994. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the members of the Senate, by this resolution, congratulate Ms. Frances Campbell on the occasion of her retirement and express their good wishes that her retirement years may be happy and fulfilling.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Ms. Campbell.
