AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 9-1-1537, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MANDATORY RETIREMENT AT AGE SIXTY-TWO FOR MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY PATROL.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Mandatory retirement repealed

SECTION 1. Section 9-1-1537 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
