A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 50-1-210, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VIOLATIONS OF REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO NATIONAL FOREST LANDS, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE SECTION TO APPLY TO REGULATIONS PROMULGATED BY THE WILDLIFE AND MARINE RESOURCES DEPARTMENT INSTEAD OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DIVISION OF GAME AND TO WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS INSTEAD OF NATIONAL FOREST LANDS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 50-1-210 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 50-1-210. Any A person violating any of the regulations a regulation promulgated by the Director Wildlife and Marine Resources Department pertaining to Wildlife Management Areas or who hunts or fishes upon the lands at any areas during a time, other than those times not specified by the Director, must in the regulations for hunting and fishing, upon conviction of the violations, must be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than thirty days for each and every offense."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
