A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO CONGRATULATE THE COASTAL CAROLINA COLLEGE BASKETBALL TEAM FOR BEING THE WINNINGEST TEAM IN BIG SOUTH HISTORY IN CONFERENCE PLAY.

Whereas, the members of the General Assembly are delighted to learn that the Coastal Carolina College Basketball Team has received the utmost in recognition as the winningest team in Big South history in conference play; and

Whereas, Coastal Carolina College's Basketball team has played consistently, diligently, and was rewarded by being recognized as four-time Big South Regular Season Champions; and

Whereas, the basketball team for the third time is the Big South Conference Tournament Champion with two NCAA Tournament trips in the last three years. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the Coastal Carolina College Basketball Team be congratulated upon receiving the designation as the winningest team in Big South History in conference play.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Ronald G. Eaglin, Chancellor, and Russ Bergman, Coach of Coastal Carolina College.
