A BILL

TO AMEND CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE 35, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, SO AS TO ENACT THE SECURITIES SIMPLIFICATION AND MODERNIZATION ACT OF 1993.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. This Act may be cited as the Securities Simplification and Modernization Act of 1993.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
