TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, TITLE 57, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND THE HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION, SO AS TO REVISE THE COMPOSITION OF THE COMMISSION AND ITS POWERS AND DUTIES AND THE STRUCTURE OF THE DEPARTMENT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Chapter 3, Title 57 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
