A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO AUTHORIZE THE AIKEN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT TO INCREASE THE TAX MILLAGE LEVY OVER THE PREVIOUS YEAR BY 8.1 MILLS FOR 1993-94 ONLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The Aiken County School District is authorized to increase the tax millage from the previous year by 8.1 mills for the 1993-94 fiscal year only.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
