TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 10-1-35 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION AND TOURISM MAY SELL AS WELL AS DISPLAY SOUVENIRS AND MEMENTOS OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA IN THE FIRST FLOOR LOBBY OF THE STATE HOUSE IN THE MANNER THE DIRECTOR OF THE DIVISION OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD DIRECTS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 10-1-35. The Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism may sell as well as display souvenirs and mementos of the State of South Carolina in the first floor lobby of the State House in the manner the Director of the Division of General Services of the Budget and Control Board directs."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
