A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ACT 164 OF 1993 (THE 1993-94 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT) RELATING TO PUBLIC DRINKING WATER SYSTEM FEES ARE SUSPENDED UNTIL REAUTHORIZED BY ACT OR JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The provisions of Paragraph 31.26, Part I of Act 164 of 1993, are suspended until reauthorized by act or joint resolution of the General Assembly. The provisions of this section are prospective only.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
