A BILL

TO REPEAL ARTICLE 13, CHAPTER 36, TITLE 12, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE IMPOSITION OF THE USE TAX.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Article 13, Chapter 36, Title 12 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 1994.
