TO REPEAL JOINT RESOLUTION 775 OF 1976 MEMORIALIZING THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES TO SUBMIT TO THE STATES FOR RATIFICATION AN APPROPRIATE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT REQUIRING A BALANCED FEDERAL BUDGET OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE CALLING A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION FOR THIS PURPOSE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Joint Resolution 775 of 1976 is repealed.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
