TO PROVIDE A FEE SCHEDULE TO BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL ON X-RAY MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law or regulation, the Department of Health and Environmental Control shall assess an annual registration fee for the possession and use of x-ray machines and equipment on the following schedule per machine:
