A BILL

TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-1-300 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE USE OF ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES ON WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA LANDS BY HANDICAPPED PERSONS AND DEFINE HANDICAPPED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 50-1-300. Handicapped persons may use all terrain vehicles when hunting and fishing on wildlife management area lands. As used in this section, `handicapped' is defined as in Section 56-3-1950."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
