A BILL

TO ENACT THE PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT AND JUVENILE RESPONSIBILITY ACT OF 1994 SO AS TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS, AMEND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF TITLE 16 AND CHAPTER 7, TITLE 20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSES OF THIS ACT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. This act may be cited as the "Parental Involvement and Juvenile Responsibility Act of 1994".

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
