A BILL

TO REPEAL, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1993, SECTION 16-19-60, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO OPERATION OF COIN-OPERATED MACHINES WITH FREE PLAY FEATURE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 16-19-60 of the 1976 Code is repealed July 1, 1993.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
