EXTENDING BEST WISHES TO MR. LUTHER COLLINS OF CHARLESTON COUNTY UPON HIS RETIREMENT FROM EDUCATION.
Whereas, Mr. Luther Collins of Charleston County has worked at Baptist Hill High School as an agricultural mechanics instructor for seventeen years; and
Whereas, he has been a dedicated professional who has enriched the lives of all of those whom he has taught; and
Whereas, he is retiring in 1993 and deserves the thanks of the people of South Carolina for his commitment to excellence in education. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, extends best wishes to Mr. Luther Collins of Charleston County upon his retirement from education.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Collins.
