TO AMEND TITLE 20, CHAPTER 7, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CHILDREN, SO AS TO ENACT THE CHILDREN'S CODE REFORM ACT OF 1996.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The Children's Code Reform Act of 1996 is enacted as follows:
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
