AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 40-60-220, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TERMINATION DATE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS BOARD.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 40-60-220 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
