A BILL

TO PROVIDE THAT THE ANNUAL CITIZENS' MEETING OF FLORENCE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT 4 TO CONSIDER THE BUDGET AND OTHER MATTERS MUST BE HELD ON OR BEFORE THE SECOND THURSDAY OF JUNE OF EACH YEAR RATHER THAN ON OR BEFORE THE FIFTEENTH DAY OF APRIL OF EACH YEAR.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the annual citizens' meeting of Florence County School District 4 to consider the budget and other matters must be held on or before the second Thursday of June of each year rather than on or before the fifteenth day of April of each year.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
