A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

COMMENDING THE HONORABLE WILLIAM S. HOUCK, JR., M.D. OF FLORENCE COUNTY FOR HIS FOUR YEARS OF OUTSTANDING AND DEDICATED SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, AND WISHING HIM HAPPINESS IN ALL OF HIS FUTURE ENDEAVORS.

Whereas, the Honorable William S. Houck Jr., M.D. of Florence County for four years represented the citizens of House District 63 (Florence County) with diligence and excellence in the General Assembly of this great State; and

Whereas, Dr. Houck was an outstanding member of the House of Representatives and always worked hard for his constituents and for the State as a whole;

Whereas, Billy's honesty, intelligence, friendliness, delightful personality, and commitment to government endeared him to his colleagues;

Whereas, Dr. Houck served tirelessly during his tenure as a member of the House of Representatives and is highly regarded by his fellow members; and

Whereas, we will miss Billy in the State House and hope that he experiences happiness and good luck in all of his future endeavors. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, commend the Honorable William S. Houck, Jr., M.D. of Florence County for his four years of outstanding and dedicated service as a member of the General Assembly.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to The Honorable William S. Houck, Jr., M.D.
