CONGRATULATING WILLIAM T. (BILL) MANSON, III, OF ANDERSON COUNTY ON RECEIVING THE EARLY CAREER HEALTHCARE EXECUTIVE OF THE YEAR AWARD FOR SOUTH CAROLINA.
Whereas, William T. (Bill) Manson, III, of Anderson County has received the Early Career Healthcare Executive of the Year Award for South Carolina from the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE); and
Whereas, this high honor is presented to an affiliate of the ACHE who demonstrates leadership ability and innovative, creative management techniques; and
Whereas, Bill Manson is senior vice president of system development at Anderson Area Medical Center and has made outstanding contributions in this position to healthcare in South Carolina; and
Whereas, he is greatly deserving of this award, and the members of the General Assembly are pleased to have this opportunity to recognize him. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, congratulates William T. (Bill) Manson, III, of Anderson County on receiving the Early Career Healthcare Executive of the Year Award for South Carolina.
Be it further resolved that this resolution be presented to Mr. Manson.
