AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 50-17-230, 50-17-235, 50-19-2810, 50-19-2820, 50-19-2830, 50-19-2840, AND 50-19-2850, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO NONRESIDENT AND RESIDENT GIGGING LICENSES IN GAME ZONES 6 AND 11.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Sections 50-17-230, 50-17-235, 50-19-2810, 50-19-2820, 50-19-2830, 50-19-2840, and 50-19-2850 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
