A BILL

TO AMEND ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 17, TITLE 50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SHAD, HERRING AND STURGEON, SO AS TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION OF SHAD, HERRING, AND STURGEON.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Article 8, Chapter 17, Title 50 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
