A JOINT RESOLUTION

DIRECTING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO CONDUCT A STUDY ON THE FEASIBILITY OF SELLING ADVERTISING SPACE ON SCHOOL BUSES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The State Department of Education is directed to conduct a feasibility study of selling advertising on school buses as follows:

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
