A BILL

TO AMEND TITLE 20, CHAPTER 7, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, SO AS TO ENACT THE OMNIBUS FOSTER CARE REFORM ACT OF 1995.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The Omnibus Foster Care Reform Act of 1995 shall provide the following:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
