A BILL

TO AMEND ACT 268 OF 1989, RELATING TO THE TAX MILLAGE AUTHORIZED TO BE LEVIED FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF AIKEN COUNTY, SO AS TO INCREASE THE MILLAGE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Act 268 of 1989 is amended to read:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
