TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO DELETE AN EXEMPTION FOR THE NAME, ADDRESS, AND TELEPHONE NUMBER OF A PERSON WHOSE NAME A MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATE IS REGISTERED.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The unnumbered item added to Section 30-4-40(a) of the 1976 Code by Act 1 of 1995, bearing Ratification Number 513 of 1994, is deleted.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
