EXTENDING THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO OUR CURRENT "MISS SOUTH CAROLINA", AMANDA ELIZABETH SPIVEY OF SPARTANBURG, AND TO ALL OF THE CONTESTANTS COMPETING IN THE 1996 MISS SOUTH CAROLINA PAGEANT FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED AND CONGRATULATED ON THE SPECIAL OCCASION OF "MISS SOUTH CAROLINA APPRECIATION DAY" ON TUESDAY, APRIL 30, 1996, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That our current "Miss South Carolina", Amanda Elizabeth Spivey of Spartanburg, and all of the contestants competing in the 1996 Miss South Carolina Pageant are extended the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives for the purpose of being recognized and congratulated on the special occasion of "Miss South Carolina Appreciation Day" on Tuesday, April 30, 1996, at a time to be determined by the Speaker.
