A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ERECT TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 198 AT EXIT 102 ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 85.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Placement of traffic signals

SECTION 1. The Department of Transportation shall erect traffic signals on South Carolina Highway 198 at Exit 102 on Interstate Highway 85 at both the north and southbound interchanges.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
