A BILL

TO AMEND CHAPTER 67, TITLE 40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LICENSURE ACT FOR SPEECH/LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS AND AUDIOLOGISTS, SO AS TO REVISE THIS CHAPTER TO CONFORM TO A UNIFORM FRAMEWORK FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL BOARDS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Chapter 67, Title 40 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 1996.
