A BILL

TO AMEND CHAPTER 45, TITLE 40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF PHYSICAL THERAPISTS, SO AS TO REVISE THE CHAPTER TO CONFORM TO A UNIFORM FRAMEWORK FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL BOARDS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Chapter 45, Title 40 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 1996.
