TO AMEND SECTION 15-78-100, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO WHEN AND WHERE TO INSTITUTE AN ACTION AND THE REQUIREMENT OF A SPECIAL VERDICT TO SPECIFY PROPORTIONATE LIABILITY UPON MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN CAUSES OF ACTION MUST BE FILED IN MAGISTRATE COURT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 15-78-100(b) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
"(b)
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
