A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 61-5-310, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DISBURSEMENT OF REVENUES FOR CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN STATE AND FEDERAL REVENUES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 61-5-310 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 181 of 1993, is amended to read:

"Section 61-5-310.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
