TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FROM SURPLUS REVENUES RESULTING FROM THE CLOSE OF FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS FOR CHESTER COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. From the surplus revenues on hand at the close of fiscal year 1993-94 the following appropriations are authorized:
Chester County Farmer's Market renovations.....$ 30,000
Chester County War Memorial Amphitheater.......$250,000
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
