A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO PROHIBIT THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FROM PROVIDING A BREAK IN THE DEER SEASON ON PRIVATE LANDS IN GAME ZONES 2 AND 4.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Until January 1, 1996, the Department of Natural Resources may not provide for a break in the deer season on private lands in Games Zones 2 and 4.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect July 1, 1995.
