A BILL

TO REPEAL CHAPTER 32, TITLE 59, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH EDUCATION ACT UNDER WHICH LOCAL SCHOOL BOARDS ARE DIRECTED TO IMPLEMENT HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Chapter 32, Title 59 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
