AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-704, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE UNLAWFUL USE OF ARTIFICIAL LIGHTS IN CERTAIN GAME ZONES TO OBSERVE OR HARASS WILDLIFE, SO AS TO INCLUDE GAME ZONE 3 AS A GAME ZONE TO WHICH THESE PROVISIONS APPLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Game Zone 3 added

SECTION 1. Section 50-11-704(A) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 375 of 1994, is further amended to read:

(A) In Game Zones 3, 4, and 5 the use of artificial lights from a vehicle or water conveyance to observe or harass wildlife is unlawful.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
