CONGRATULATING BILL FENTERS OF CLARENDON COUNTY ON BEING SELECTED AS POTENTATE OF OMAR SHRINE TEMPLE.
Whereas, Bill Fenters of Clarendon County has been selected as Potentate of Omar Shrine Temple; and
Whereas, Mr. Fenters is one of the leading Shriners in the United States; he has earned the respect and admiration of all with whom he services in the shrine organization; he has worked his way up in this organization to become its leader this year; under his dynamic leadership, he will be opening a beautiful new temple for Omar in Charleston; and
Whereas, we are pleased to have this opportunity to recognize such an outstanding individual and we wish him the very best in his capacity as Potentate of Omar Shrine Temple. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, congratulates Bill Fenters of Clarendon County on being selected as Potentate of Omar Shrine Temple.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Fenters.
