A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 16-19-60, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE EXEMPTION FROM THE GAMBLING OFFENSES OF OPERATION OF COIN-OPERATED NONPAYOUT MACHINES WITH A FREE PLAY FEATURE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 16-19-60 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
