A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO PROHIBIT THE USE OF A BUILDING, PROPERTY, OR FACILITY OF THE STATE, OF A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE, OR OF A STATE AGENCY OR DEPARTMENT, INCLUDING A STATE-SUPPORTED INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION, FOR A CONCERT OR PERFORMANCE BY MARILYN MANSON.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. No building, property, or facility (a) of the State, (b) of any political subdivision of the State, or (c) of any state agency or department, including any state-supported institution of higher education, shall be used or provided in any manner or under any circumstances for a concert or performance by Marilyn Manson.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
